WAT IS REEDS BEKEND GEMAAKT EN VOORSTELLING VAN VOORLOPIG PROGRAMMA EEOTY 2025 ITALIE
TheEEOTY2025 vindt plaats vanaf vrijdag 30 mei en eindigt op zondag 1 juni. (Deze datum is anders dan eerder aangekondigd. De wijziging moest worden doorgevoerd vanwege de Mille Miglia 2025, die zal worden gehouden van 7 juni – 14 juni).
De plaats waar het zal worden georganiseerd: het dorp Abano Therme (in de buurt van Padua). (dit is ca. 40 km ten westen van Venetië). Er is gekozen voor Abano Therme omdat het veel hotels heeft die dicht bij elkaar liggen. (Daarnaast bevindt het zich meer in de buurt van de plaatsen waar de leden van het organiserende team wonen)
Er is geen hotel dat 200 hotelkamers heeft. Daarom is er gekozen voor drie of vier hotels. Er is keuze tussen 3*, 4* of 5* hotels. De prijs van het evenement is € 1000,— (op basis van een 4*hotel). De deelnemers hebben ook de mogelijkheid om op woensdag of donderdag aan te komen, maar er zal geen programma zijn voor deze dagen. De MG Car Club Italië zal zich niet bemoeien met de reservering van de hotelkamers.
De kosten voor het evenement worden door de club in rekening gebracht.
Het evenement begint op vrijdag 30 mei rond lunchtijd in Padua op de “Prato dellaValle”, een van de grootste pleinen (90.000 m2) van Europa, hier kan iedereen zijn auto parkeren en samen lunchen.
Op zaterdag 31 mei wordt er een leuke tour georganiseerd naar de Prosecco wijnheuvels (Werelderfgoed). We zijn te gast bij de producent van de Proseccowijn en worden uitgenodigd om de Prosecco te proeven. In de middag zijn we te gast bij de Jonathan Collection, Historical Aircrafts Foundation.
Zaterdagavond genieten we samen van het traditionele galadiner.
Op zondagochtend 1 juni wordt de stad Monselice bezocht en wordt het evenement afgesloten met een lunch.
Op zaterdag regelen we een pechhulptruck en motorpolitiebegeleiding voor de tocht.
De limiet is vastgesteld op 200 auto’s/teams. De Italiaanse MG Car Club zal erg blij zijn als er zijn tussen de 120 en 200 auto’s/teams op het evenement.
The EEOTY2025 will take place starting on Friday May 30th and ending at Sunday June 1st. (This date is different as announced before. The change had to be made due to the Mille Miglia 2025 which will be held from June 7th – June 14th).
The place where it will be organized: the village of Abano Therme (near Padua). (this is approx. 40 km west of Venice). Abano Therme is chosen because it has a lot of hotels which are situated close to each other. (Next to this it is located more in the neighbourhood of the places where the members of the organizing team are living)
There is no hotel which has 200 hotel rooms. That is why is chosen for three or four hotels. There will be the choice between 3*, 4* or 5* hotels. The price of the event will be € 1000.—(based upon a 4* hotel). The participants will also have the possibility to arrive on Wednesday of Thursday but there will be no program for these days. The MG Car Club Italy will not interfere with the booking of the hotel rooms.
The costs for the event will be charged by the club.
The event will start on Friday May 30th at lunchtime in Padua at the “Prato della Valle”, one of the largest squares (90.000 m2) in Europe, here all can parc their cars and have lunch together.
On Saturday May 31th a nice tour to the Prosecco wine hills (World Heritage) will be organized. We will be guests at the producer of the Prosecco wine and are invited taste the Prosecco. In the afternoon we will be guest of the Jonathan Collection, Historical Aircrafts Foundation.
Saturday evening we will enjoy the traditional Gala dinner together.
On Sunday morning June 1st the town Monselice will be visited and end up the event with a lunch.
On Saturday we arrange a break down service truck and motor police guidance for the tour.
The limit is set at 200 cars/teams. The Italian MG Car Club will be very happy if there are between 120 and 200 subscriptions on the event.
